Steve "Junior" Sample - President, CEO, & Chairman of the Board
Steve “Junior” Sample, 64, has served as a director and as the Company’s CEO since assuming control of the corporation in August of 2006. He has over 30 years of automotive industry experience, including more than 20 years in auto auction management with Anglo-American Auto Auctions, ADT Automotive Auctions, Manheim Auctions, ADESA Auctions, and now Acacia Automotive Auctions. Mr. Sample drafted the Company's business plans and engineered the move into a public shell as Acacia was made ready to launch. He and his wife of 36 years, Gwendolyn, reside in Florida. They have two grown sons.
Patricia Ann Arnold - Secretary
Ms. Arnold was appointed as Secretary of the corporation on February 1, 2007. Ms. Arnold has served with law firms in Louisville, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, as a Labor Employment Paralegal from 2002 through June of 2007, and previously as a Litigation Paralegal since 1984. Since January of 2008 Ms. Arnold has served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Actus Lend Lease in Nashville. Ms. Arnold attended Western Kentucky University and now resides in Nashville.
