Steve "Junior" Sample - President, CEO, & Chairman of the Board

Steve “Junior” Sample, 62, has served as a director and as the Company’s CEO since assuming control of the corporation in August of 2006. He has over 30 years of automotive industry experience, including more than 17 years in auto auction management with Anglo-American Auto Auctions, ADT Automotive Auctions, Manheim Auctions, ADESA Auctions, and now Acacia Automotive Auctions. Mr. Sample drafted the Company's business plans and engineered the move into a public shell as Acacia was made ready to launch. He and his wife of 34 years reside in Ocala, Florida. They have two grown sons.




David Bynum - Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Director

David Bynum, 61, was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors on May 16, 2007. Mr. Bynum has enjoyed an illustrious career in the automotive business, most recently as National Truck and Equipment Manager for ADESA Corporation, North America's second-largest automotive auction services company. Prior to that he served as ADESA's Regional Vice-President for the southeast USA, and earlier was General Manager of ADESA Atlanta Auto Auction. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Bynum served as General Manager of Southern States Vehicle Auction in Atlanta (renamed ADESA Atlanta in 2000 after its acquisition). During this period the auction was owned by Anglo-American Auto Auctions, which became ADT Automotive after their acquisition in 1992. Before joining the auto auction business, Mr. Bynum operated a Chevrolet dealership in the Atlanta area. Mr. Bynum continues to reside in Atlanta with his family




Tony Moorby - Director and Chairman of the Advisory Board

Tony Moorby, 61, initially joined the Company as its President and COO in October of 2006, and was subsequently appointed to its Board of Directors on November 10th of that same year. Seeking additional time for his family and commercial business interests in the Nashville area, Moorby stepped down as President and COO at the end of 2008 to assume the role as Chairman of the Advisory Board as he continues to take an active role in supporting the Company. He has over 40 years of automotive industry experience, including more than 20 years in auto auction management with British Car Auctions, Anglo-American Auto Auctions, ADT Automotive Auctions, ADESA Auctions, and now Acacia Automotive Auctions. Tony is also a successful automotive journalist. Mr. Moorby and his wife and four children reside in Brentwood, Tennessee.




Danny R. Gibbs - Director

Danny Gibbs, 52, has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since its formation in 1984, and served as President of the Company until 2000. Mr. Gibbs graciously agreed to serve on the Company's board during the recent period of transition into its new capital structure and business plan. The Company welcomes having the availability of Mr. Gibbs' years of experience in the public domain, and on February 1, 2007, re-confirmed his position as a Board member. From 2000 through 2003, Mr. Gibbs served as Senior Project Manager for TOC Companies. From the beginning of 2004 through the present, he has served in a similar capacity with Dimensional Construction, Inc. Both companies were located in Texas, where Mr. Gibbs resides with his family.



James C. Hunter, MD - Director

Dr. James Hunter, 51, was appointed to the Board of Directors on February 1, 2007. Dr. Hunter practiced medicine from 1983 to 1998, after which he served as a Director of Emergency Medicine and a Director of Inpatient Medicine and Affairs until the period of 2001-2003, during which he earned his Masters in Business Administration. Dr. Hunter served as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Quality Officer for a Florida hospital group from 1998 until 2005, as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for large health care system in North Carolina from 2005 until early 2008, and presently serves as Chief Medical Officer for one of Charoltte North Carolina's largest hospitals.




Mr. V. Weldon Hewitt - Director

Mr. Weldon Hewitt, 72, was appointed to the Board of Directors on February 1, 2007. Mr. Hewitt has served as President and CEO of Hewitt Marketing since 1985, where he has been instrumental in establishing numerous OEM supplier contracts providing radios and other media devices and electronics, mobile cellular telephones, power-actuated equipment and accessories to many major vehicle manufacturers. Prior to that time, Mr. Hewitt founded and served as CEO of a manufacturing concern with annual sales of more than $20 Million in audio sound systems for the luxury car market. His extensive experience in providing a wide variety of products and services to the automotive industry, including franchised retail auto dealerships, spans more than four decades. Mr. Hewitt resides in Kentucky with his family.




Mr. Frank J. Lawrence - Director

Mr. Frank J. Lawrence, 68, was appointed to our Board of Directors on November 3, 2007. Mr. Lawrence has owned Bobby Jones Ford-Lincoln-Mercury in Augusta, Georgia, since 1991, originally as Bobby Jones Ford. He added the Lincoln and Mercury franchises to that operation in 2007, changing the name in the process to properly reflect all vehicle lines sold and serviced. Mr. Lawrence has enjoyed a long and illustrious career in the automobile business, and is active with the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association and other organizations. Mr. Lawrence resides in Augusta, Georgia, with his family.





Patricia Ann Arnold - Secretary

Ms. Arnold was appointed as Secretary of the corporation on February 1, 2007. Ms. Arnold has served with law firms in Louisville, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, as a Labor Employment Paralegal from 2002 through June of 2007, and previously as a Litigation Paralegal since 1984. Since January of 2008 Ms. Arnold has served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Actus Lend Lease in Nashville. Ms. Arnold attended Western Kentucky University and now resides in Nashville.
